We also don’t require that you pay anything up-front—you pay after the work is done and you're satisfied. When we estimate price, we consider a number of factors, such as the condition of the surface, the size of the project, the complexity of the refinishing, and how quickly you need the project completed. We promise you’ll get a fair offer!

There is never an obligation when you ask for a free estimate from University Painters. Once you get your free estimate, you might decide to move forward, or you might decide to wait. We appreciate the opportunity just to meet you and to provide an estimate.

Half a week; maybe more. It really depends on the condition of your surfaces, the type of painting you want, preparation time, and of course weather conditions (if it’s an outside job). We'll give you an idea when we do your cost estimate.
